After two years, Gotham’s Infamous Crazy queen is back!

Last January 28, Margot Robbie revealed on Instagram her first look as Harley Quinn in the upcoming Suicide Squad spin-off , Birds of Prey. The movie is scheduled to take flight in theaters on February 7, 2020.

The movie’s 20-second teaser video was posted by Youtube account CheekySneakyPeeky showing a quick glimpse of the characters that will be part of this all-female vigilantes movie.

So what is the plot for Birds of Prey (And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn)? Warner Bros. does not yet release the official synopsis. But, the film is supposedly about Harley Quinn creating a girl gang together with Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Huntress and Jurnee Smollett-Bell as Black Canary. Some of the other characters include Rosie Perez as Gotham’s Detective Renee Montoya; Ewan McGregor as Birds of Prey’s villain, Black Mask; Ella Jay Basco as Cassandra Cain a.k.a Batgirl and  Chris Messina as Batman’s nemesis Victor Zsasz.

It is currently confirmed that the film is Rated R. Last 2015,Robbie pitched the idea for a Rated R girl gang movie to Warner Bros. She wanted her character Harley Quinn to be part of the group and not to have a solo movie. If there will be no changes in the rating, this movie will be DCEU’s first R-rated film ever.
