After being released in PS4 and PC, Switch users are wondering if when are they going to have their version of Dragon Quest XI. Well, I guess players deserve to know some updated information about the game.
During the event of Tokyo Game Show 2018, Square Enix announced that Dragon Quest XI would be introducing to Switch soon! But take note, the much talk about game will be having a unique name for Switch. Instead of Dragon Quest XI, it will be named Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age S. Yuji Horii declared that the ‘S’ has a lot of meaning that relates to the game. It stands for Switch, Special, Seiyuu (voice actor), and Shaberu. What can Switch look forward to is Dragon Quest XI Switch version will have a voice acting which PlayStation 4 and PC do not have. While some of the players are excited for Shaberu, others may still prefer the game without voices.
Apart from announcing the special name of Dragon Quest XI for Switch, Horri also mentioned that Square Enix would take time before they can release the game. Square Enix is still developing the Switch version for Europe and America and is still finalizing the development kit.
After knowing all these reliable information, for sure most of the Switch players are ecstatic about the official launching of Dragon Quest XI to Nintendo Switch and can’t wait for it to be played. Meanwhile, Dragon Quest XI is available on PlayStation 4, PC, and Nintendo 3Ds.
Well, that’s all for now. The Square Enix is still mum about the official release date and trailer of Dragon Quest XI or shall we say Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age S. But we are looking forward to them to give us more information until E3 2019. Don’t forget to subscribe for more updates!
