Selena Gomez’s Stalker, Che Cruz Returns Twice in Same Week

Selena Gomez Stalker

Selena Gomez has a serious stalker on her hands. Someone who is slightly crazy and out of their mind would get arrested twice in one week for trespassing the same home.

Che Cruz, was first arrested Sunday, March 30th for trespassing on Selena Gomez’s property. He was only charged with a misdemeanor and 45 days in jail, which were diminished to two days. He was also ordered to stay away from Gomez and her home and was put on probation.

Then, just hours after being released from jail on Friday, April 4th, he returned to Selena Gomez’s home in Calabasas yet again, attempting to jump the fence into her yard.

He now faces felony charges of stalking and violating criminal order of protection this time.

Che Cruz, 20-years old, pleaded not guilty to the charges Monday afternoon, and his bail was set at $160,000. If convicted, he faces up to four years in prison. He is due back in court April 17.

Selena Gomez has had her problems with trespassers. A guy was convicted in February after trespassing at her old house. He was sentenced to 120 days in jail.

When Selena Gomez is not dealing with trespassers, she is trying to avoid the engagement rumors surrounding herself and Justin Bieber.

A new ring picture has sent the tabloids into a frenzy but sources say the two aren’t engaged, just back in a relationship.

“They are not engaged nor are they getting engaged anytime soon. It was nothing more than a fashion choice,” a source close to Justin said.

“The ring was a gift from Justin,” another insider said. “It’s not an engagement ring, but they are back on and very serious.”
