Patricia Krentcil, Tanning Mom Gets Kicked off Drag Show Stage

When a person is put into the public spotlight, the normalcy of life is quickly changed. Mostly whatever you do or wherever you go, somehow will be made public for everyone to see and pass judgment on. This also includes those in that person’s life and he or she ends up under the microscope as well.

Rich Krentcil, the husband of the infamous Tanning Mom, has suffered enough over the attention his wife has been getting. However, this latest incident has her and the family acknowledging the issues that are going on after obtaining instant notoriety and says she is seeking help.

Patricia Krentcil, New Jersey’s infamous Tan Mom, was the guest of honor at the XL Club in Hell’s Kitchen Wednesday evening. The idea was to do a roast for her that included jokes and intermixed with drag queens. They would sing songs during the roast that would include the song “Burn, Baby, Burn.”

Unfortunately, the best laid plans do not always succeed as Patricia appeared to get into a drunken state and eventually be forced to leave. According to host Bianca del Rio, she said “She showed up at 2 p.m. for rehearsal, and she was amazing. But then we realized her medication hit in at 4, and then she came out at 9 p.m. she was drinking. “We were making fun of her, and she got offended!”

The club apparently anticipated a problem as they made a plan to have her removed if she got out of hand. Bianca said that she thought Krentcil might get out of hand and came up with the code word “Christmas.” About five minutes into the roast, del Rio and others were screaming “Christmas!” to notify security to get her out.

Even before the performance, Patricia was noticed as having difficulties walking the red carpet and had to be helped up after she fell. Her long-suffering husband acknowledged his frustrations over the notoriety she and the family have been getting. “Maybe she overdid it. But she doesn’t go out much. She got a little nervous, but she was just trying to have a good time. It was a little wild, a little crazy. She feels a little bad.”

In talking to the Huffington Post, her husband added, “My wife and I are making her health and wellness a priority, and along with [the book] ‘The Skin Regime,’ she is taking every step to prioritize getting help to make positive steps forward in coping with the pressure of the microscope that she is under.”

Patricia, 44, was dubbed Tanning Mom and became a national sensation in May for allegedly allowing her daughter, who is 6-years-old, into a tanning bed. She was charged with child endangerment but insists she didn’t do it, a statement she repeated several times to del Rio before being removed from the club. “She told us about four times in succession that she didn’t put her kid in a tanning bed. We asked her what she wanted to drink, and she slurred, ‘I didn’t put my kid in a tanning bed!’”

Patricia “Tanning Mom” Krentcil has a fall

Tanning mom Patricia Krentcil had a night to remember as she was supposed to be the guest of honor at club XL in New York City at a Drag Queen roast in her honor. However the night took a much different turn for her as she started off by falling on face while posing in a tight red dress for the cameras.

Tanning Mom Kicked off Stage at New York Drag Show

Thanks to a well-documented tanning obsession, Patricia Krentcil’s skin is famously orange-tinged.

But the mother of five’s face might take on a different shade when she catches sight of these pictures – blushing red.

The 44-year-old was kicked off the stage during an alcohol-fuelled appearance at a New York drag show, where witnesses claim she shouted expletives at the audience, kicked over her wine glass, and even tried to ‘attack’ the drag queen hosting the event.
