Top Five T-Mobile Androids

Top Five T-Mobile Androids

Like many other carriers, T-Mobile has fully embraced the Android OS as being one of the top systems on the mobile market. But with so many great Android phones available for T-Mobile, which one should you select? This article will go through the five T-Mobile best Android phones so you know exactly what to choose when you need to upgrade.

MyTouch 4G Slide

This powerful Android phone is known best for its great camera. Usually smartphones are just known for one feature and everything else is outdated and weak, but that’s not the case with the MyTouch 4G Slide. Each feature stands up to the last.

Although many people are no longer into slider phones, especially with digital keyboards taking over, there are still those that find the sliding keyboard a boon. And for a slider phone, the MyTouch 4G Slide is rather thin, a mere 0.54 inches, which is much better than nearly all the other slider phones made.

The 8-megapixel camera has no shutter lag and the autofocus and zoom functions are very advanced and useful. You can also make a panoramic photo.

The hardware in the MyTouch 4G Slide is very strong. You can easily visit media-heavy websites or use resource-heavy apps without any lags or problems. Call quality is also very good, with calls across the nation sounding clear.

Samsung Galaxy S II

The Samsung Galaxy S II has a huge screen that measures 4.5 inches, far larger than most other Android smartphones. This makes the Galaxy S II very intuitive for games and movies. Knowing that this phone will be a favorite of multimedia users, Samsung extended the battery life to last even under heavy usage. If you are playing resource-heavy 3D games or watching a full movie, the phone should last about four hours, which is great considering how much power is needed for these processes.

The hardware is also very powerful. You get 1GB of RAM and a 1.5GHz processor, so everything runs very smoothly. The only times you will notice any minor hiccups is when you are downloading many apps at once. At this point the lock screen, nothing else, will take a few seconds to open up.

While this phone is a little too big for some people, it is great for those that love multimedia, and definitely worth a look.

One of the thinnest smartphones available, the HTC One S sports the latest version of the Android OS and comes with a host of features. This phone is only 0.31 inches thick, yet it still feels sturdy and durable.

The phone uses Sense 4, which has been toned down a little since its previous incarnations. While earlier versions of Sense had small animations for nearly everything, this phone just has a few animations. This improves the battery life, which ends up making it more of a benefit than a drawback.

The hardware consists of 15GB of storage, 1GB of RAM and a 1.5GHz processor, so you can store and run a lot of apps without any hiccups or problems. Not only that, but you can also store an additional 25GB with of memory online via Dropbox, so you can easily store everything you need in the cloud.

Movies and calls are crisp, so you don’t have to sacrifice any quality to get a great smartphone like this.

HTC Amaze 4G

The HTC Amaze 4G, much like the MyTouch 4G Slide, is known for its camera. Actually, the camera is nearly the same as the MyTouch 4G Slide, but it has one other feature. If you take a photo of someone with their eyes closed, the phone can slice another photo with the person’s eyes open into the main picture, so you can have the best photo possible.

Aside from that, the HTC Amaze 4G has some good hardware. It comes with the standard 1.5GHz and 1GB of RAM that most of the other phones on this list have, and the battery gives you 6 full hours of talk time.

This phone has a huge screen, so it is also meant for multimedia users that love seeing movies and playing games.

Samsung Exhibit 4G

This is the most affordable phone on the list, as it is free if you get a 2-year contract, and it only costs about $250 without one. While the hardware is a little weaker than the others on this list, as it has a 1GHz processor, the phone is still powerful and it easily plays games and multimedia without many hiccups.

There is a great email program that merges all of your main inboxes into one, and all of the major social networking apps are pre-installed on the Samsung Exhibit 4G. Call quality is among the best, and this phone has a good talk time of about five hours, which should be more than enough for most users.

Finding the best T-Mobile Android phones can be hard with so many on the market, but these five are sure to satisfy your every need. Just pick one up and you are sure to see just how great an Android phone can be.
