Farewell Intercourse Law Hotly Debated In Egypt By Council For Women

Farewell Intercourse Law

It seems that getting the old president, Hosni Mubarak out of office has had some unwanted effects. There are current draft laws that could be passed in Egypt that women in Egypt and around the world are pretty upset about. One of the laws that is causing quite a debate is the Farewell Intercourse Law that allows men to have sex with his wife up to six hours after death.

The issue started being debated back in 2011 when a Moroccan cleric named Zamzami Abdul Bari stated that clearly men should be able to have sex with their wives after death. What is the reasoning you ask? Mr. Bari feels that marriage lasts and is still valid even after death. If it gives you any conciliation it was stated that women have that same right as well. The reality of the situation however is that it’s hard (or not), to understand how a woman could have intercourse with her dead husband due to the human anatomy.

The National Council for Women in Egypt have sent a message from Dr. Mervat al-Talawi appealing that two laws need to be addressed immediately and not passed through legislation into law. One you’re aware of which is also called the sex-after-death law and the other law is the legalized marriage from the age of 14 law.

Mr. Abdul Samea said in an article trying to explain the situation that, “Talawi tried to underline in her message that marginalizing and undermining the status of women in future development plans would undoubtedly negatively affect the country’s human development, simply because women represent half the population.”

The issue has been further inflamed as people get angry about the sex after death draft law when an Egyptian TV anchor spoke about it on his show. Jaber al-Qarmouty said, “This is unbelievable. It is a catastrophe to give the husband such a right!” It seems a lot of women in Egypt agree with him.

What do you think? Should marriage entitle a man or a woman to have sex with their spouse after their death because a law on the books called Farewell Intercourse says it’s ok?

New Egyptian Necrophilia Law

New “farewell intercourse” law limits the rights of women and also allows for necrophilia.

Christian Prince reveals yes, you can have sex with a dead woman, a dead animal, and a dead men. You can also have g*y s*x and bestiality as long as you wash. So the Egyptian imam is correct. That is what is says in Islamic text.

  1. Ok, it was reported that this piece of news is a complete hoax, Why Z6mag has not updated their yet?. ..see huffington Post, Mail Online and International business news which are among the first in reporting the alleged passing of such a law. Also, what is the point of the Christian Prince’s video, when with little effort you’ll find that his claims are all lies and fabrication?.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rX0sB8q9sHA

  2. What’s the problem? Why shouldn’t a man be able to have sex with his wife after she’s dead. She’s still his wife. Might make him gross but I say go for it. Yeah baby!
