Pizza Hut is offering Hot Dog stuffed crust, in United Kingdom that is. They have no plans currently to bring it to the United States.
Described as a “succulent hot dog sausage bursting from our famous stuffed crust with free mustard drizzle.” You’ll be able to order the 14-inch pizza via delivery at Pizza Hut in the UK. Check out the UK Pizza Hut Menu here.
This isn’t the first for hot dogs and pizza to be combined. The Pizza Hut hot dog stuffed crust made an appearance in Thailand and Japan years ago.
While no nutritional information has been provided for the hot dog stuffed pizza, it’s being speculated that for a slice of the hot dog stuffed crust pizza could compare to the Meat Lover’s with stuffed crust. That would mean 480 calories and 26 grams of fat a slice.
Wait, Pizza Hut isn’t the only one with unique food combinations. Burger King is joining in on the fun by combining ice cream and bacon for a Bacon Sundae. They are currently testing the new flavor in Nashville.
Also, don’t forget about Taco Bell’s combination of Doritos and Tacos with their Doritos Locos Tacos.
As American’s, we might be offended that the United Kingdom gets to try this Pizza Hut combination first, but we have plenty of other unhealthy food to chow down on. Just take a look at the Mens Health article about “The 20 Worst Foods in America.”
