Zach Galifianakis is engaged to long time girlfriend, Quinn Lundberg. The couple plans to marry on August 11, 2012.
While the representative for Zach Galifianakis, 42-years old, declined to comment on the engagement, it’s being reported from a source that invites have already been sent out.
The source tells Celebuzz that, “The wedding invite is very Zach. While it has the formal and standard details of who, what, when and where – including Zach’s full name Zachary Knight Galifianakis and his fiancée’s Mary Quinn Lundberg – it is also very funny. Zach included a drawing of himself and his bride-to-be. He made sure he looked like a little troll, while Quinn is a stunning tall blonde princess.”
It’s still unclear of any details about the wedding, but their online gift registry is under his pseudonym, Paul Dummy.
The couple have registered for simple things, like a set of sheets from Anthropology. Zach Galifianakis and his girlfriend, now fiance have also asked guests to donate to the non-government organization (NGO) Growing Voices, which Lundberg helped co-found.
According to the charity’s website, Quinn Lundberg is a former ballerina and has a degree in international conflict resolution from Hunter College, and she volunteered for UNICEF in Afghanistan, Bosnia, and Africa.
Meanwhile, Zach Galifianakis hosts Between Two Ferns on Funny or Die, where he jokingly interviews celebrities like Jennifer Aniston and Tina Fey. His other TV and movies include It’s Kind of a Funny Story, Due Date, Youth in Revolt, What Happens in Vegas and Out Cold.
