
Whitney Houston has been pronounced dead at age 48. To revel in her last performance is eery and also makes us all very lucky to see her perform to the last day. Whitney Houston was a guest singer at the Kelly Price & Friends Unplugged: For The Love of R&B Grammy Party at Tru Hollywood.
You can see Whitney on stage at the pre-grammy party event with Kelly Price as Whitney hugs Kelly and grabs the microphone. As Whitney grabs the microphone she starts to talk out loud and then sings they lyrics slowly to Kelly Price of one of Whitney’s most famous renditions of, “Jesus Loves Me.”
Whitney has been known for her gospel roots, raised singing in church which spilled over into her later performance years and singing abilities. “Yes, Jesus Loves Me” has always been one of the most popular songs of Whitney’s included on many of her albums.
