NYPD officer Gilberto Valle III was arrested and charged with one count of conspiracy to commit kidnapping, according to a federal criminal complaint. He was also charged with unauthorized accessing of data from the National Crime Information Center database.
According to the complaint, it alleges that not only was he conspiring to kidnap “Victim 1,” he discussed plans to “kidnap, torture, rape, kill, cook and eat body parts of a number of women.” Allegedly, he created computer files that pertained to “at least 100 women and contained at least one paragraph of each woman.”
